I’m Helen and my interest in marketing began when I was studying my degree in Business Management and German at Lancaster University. Since then, my career has spanned working in marketing and brand management for some well-known brands including Dulux, Bosch, Canderel and Schwarzkopf to name a few, as well as completing my chartered marketing qualification.

Setting up Ava Rose Marketing was born out of a passion for helping entrepreneurs, start ups and small businesses grow effectively through clever and tactical use of marketing. I love getting to know business owners and helping them navigate through the world of marketing. Helping them select and execute marketing methods that will work for their objectives, brand and budgets is very important to myself and my team. And the best part of the job? Feeling like an extended part of their team!

In my spare time, I have two lovely young girls who keep me very busy and I love playing my guitar and travelling!

Hi, I’m Rebecca, an English graduate and account executive with years of marketing experience. With a deep understanding of both the established luxury industry and the fast-paced start-up world, my experience brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to every project.

As an English graduate, I have a love of writing and a creative flair that benefits my everyday work. Specialising in copywriting, social media, and creating impactful digital campaigns, I excel in leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and deliver exceptional results.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients across different industries, from start-ups to established corporations. This provides me with the ability to understand client’s unique needs and develop tailored marketing solutions that has resulted in successful campaigns and long-lasting client relationships.

In my time outside of the office, I enjoy travelling, spending time with family and friends and escaping somewhere quiet to bury my nose in a good book.

I’m Laura, following a degree in Psychology at Edinburgh University my interest in marketing and business strategy grew. I started my early marketing career working within a small start-up business and then continued to grow my experience over the following 10 years, working with a range of businesses in the UK and Singapore. I have worked within many sectors including e-commerce, property management and the equine and pet industry.

Following a career break to have my son, I built and ran my own successful e-commerce business over a 6-year period. The insights and expertise I have gained from growing my own business has proved invaluable in supporting clients across all areas of their marketing needs. The best thing about my work is helping entrepreneurs to harness their passion and visions to grow a successful and sustainable business.

On the days I’m not working you can usually find me riding my horse, walking my dogs and spending time with my friends and family.

Hi everyone, I’m Honor and I love being part of the team at Ava Rose!

I studied Business Management and Marketing at Bath Spa University where I graduated with a first-class honour. My passion for marketing stems from a fascination with understanding consumer behaviour and the strategic process of creating compelling brand narratives.

During my studies, I gained valuable insight into market research and consumer psychology which inspired me to gain experience within social media marketing. My first taster of marketing was when I worked as a content creator for a jewelry brand where I modelled the jewelry and created content for their Instagram. I love how marketing allows you to be creative and connect with the audience.

When I am not working in the office, I love to go travelling and explore new places. My favourite trip was to Costa Rica where I volunteered for a tree conservation charity, and I climbed the highest mountain in Costa Rica.
